North Central Middle School Band Program

The band program at North Central opens its doors to all students in grades 6-8, giving students the opportunity to explore a variety of music through different ensemble experiences. Each grade has a concert band, and seventh and eighth grade students can also participate in jazz band. Eighth grade band members also participate in a marching band performance with the high school students at Liberty High School each fall. 

Participating in band at North Central develops essential skills such as musical literacy, technique, performance habits, and ensemble leadership. Our rehearsals foster a supportive environment where students can build confidence and a strong sense of belonging.
